In a 90-minute session, our therapists will use smooth stones heated to an ideal temperature, which are placed on key points of your body, such as your back, shoulders, hands and feet. At the same time, they will perform gentle massaging movements, using the stones as an extension of their hands to apply gentle, constant pressure. The deep heat of the stones penetrates the muscles, helping to relieve pain and stiffness, while our therapist's expert hands work on areas of tension.
